Alpha 0.3 is out

I just pushed Alpha 0.3.  This is a rather large update internally, as I rewrote large swathes of code.  It's less apparent externally, however there are numerous minor tweaks and improvements.

More to come with 0.3.1 soon - notably the news feature, so recent news (such as this blog post) will show up in the news tab right above updates.
