Alpha 0.3.1 Adds the news section

The news section links to recent posts (like this one!), so you can see at a glance if there's anything new or important right from the comfort of the character selection screen!  It doesn't show up on e.g. guest accounts, but I'm considering adding it to the login screen as well in the future.

Also, the feedback UI has been improved on mobile landscape (or other small screens), and there are minor UI improvements elsewhere.  Character attributes got a small touch up, but I'm still working on how I want to display health and wounds.
